Welcome to what’s new at Bybrand in Q3 2025—a quarter packed with new features and focused on accelerating signature management with fewer steps and more control.

In this update, you’ll see improvements that reduce day-to-day friction, bring more governance to admins, and polishes that accelerate everything to use. Below, each deliverable with the context of the problem it solves and the direct value to you.

Employee center

The new Employees section brings together all the data for each employee in a single record, with the e-mail address as the unique identifier.

This record acts as a central point: from it, you can view the groups to which the employee belongs and edit the placeholders used in email signatures.

Various domains in individual deployment

Now, all integration domains appear directly in Paste email signature, without having to define a “primary domain” as was previously the case.

This simplifies operation in environments with multiple instances (such as Google Workspace). There are now fewer steps to deploy signatures to employee accounts.

[Team] access type: Administrator

New permission level for administration, with full access in Bybrand.

Setting passwords for team members created insecurity, often resulting in weak passwords. Now, members access via a magic link sent by email, eliminating the need for passwords.

Type double braces in the HTML (“{{“)

Improved compatibility for writing "{{" in HTML mode, making it easier to display the available placeholders. This reduces errors when working with placeholders when editing signatures in HTML mode.

Bulk actions for employees

Select multiple employees from the list and apply batch actions with just a few clicks. This feature eliminates the need to manually repeat the same operations for each employee individually.

Clear the list of operations in progress

Bybrand now provides dedicated functionality to remove operations that are stalled or have not finished correctly in the background.

With this new option, administrators can easily identify and clean up processes in progress that may have encountered a technical problem during execution, preventing them from remaining indefinitely in the list of pending operations.
