What means of payment are accepted?
We currently accept PayPal and Visa and MasterCard credit cards via Paddle.com.
What is the difference between Bybrand Pro and Business?
The Business plan has advanced features as Departments and more integrations.
Is it safe to pay by credit card?
Sure! Plans and payments are managed by Paddle.com, a trusted company, following the PCI Security Standards Council. We do not store the data in our infrastructure.
The invoice did not show the value advertised!
Outside the US payment processing is in US Dollars. The amount may vary depending on the exchange rate for the currency quoted on your invoice at the close date. Tax rates are also calculated according to your country.
What happens when the Free Trial is about to expire?
We will contact you by email before the end of the period to give you time to choose a plan.
What happens if I don’t buy a plan?
Your account will be marked for deletion, and we keep a backup for 30-days if you wish to return. You can also delete everything straight from Bybrand yourself.
What happens if I cancel my Bybrand plan?
You can cancel your subscription with Bybrand at any time. All signatures created will be inactive after the expiration of the plan you select. It is possible to cancel the subscription without third parties.
Can I migrate the plan in the future?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plans. Just watch the resource limit, especially if you downgrade from Business to Pro. For one year of contracts, you have a discount. You can upgrade after purchasing the monthly plan.
