You must have the image with the exact dimensions from your computer, for example, 210 per 125 pixels. The Crop image feature with the signature editor will not work for the animated image.
You can send an animated image to any part of the email signature, not being limited only to fields with image elements.
What is the accepted image type?
You can upload any image type as long as it is no larger than 600px in width or 450px in height.
Animated image ideas:
- An animated logo;
- An animated banner for sales;
- A CTA button animated;
- Each employee can have animated images of themselves as their ‘avatar’;
- Animated social media icons.
