How to use the Copy and Paste function

The Copy and Paste function lets you duplicate and move email signature elements while preserving their attributes. This tutorial shows you how to use this feature effectively to streamline your email signature creation.

How to activate the function?

  • Use CTRL+C to copy
  • Use CTRL+V to paste
Copy and Paste function.

When you use CTRL+C on an element (row), the entire content is copied. To paste, use CTRL+V on another part of the email signature.

How to use Copy and Paste

Easily reorganize signature components without having to recreate them.

In this example, we moved the icon row below the logo without losing the formatting of the previously added links.
