Attaching an automation with an integration

In this guide, we’ll show you how you can attach an automation to an integration if it doesn’t already exist. This relationship must exist to perform bulk actions directly on integrations.

When an automation is not linked to an integration, an alert message will appear. Similar to the image below.

In which integrations does this message appear?

Currently for Google Workspace, Freshdesk, or Google Sheets and when you try to run the action Add Employees, Bulk update or Sync data action.

Removing the message

Click on the Select link, and then a window will appear on the right side, allowing you to add the relation with the automation:

In the Integrations window, you will see a list of all the integrations that are active in your account.

Then, choose the integration that you want to link to the automation, and click Save.
