Use the toolbar to add new rows, spaces, columns, or disclaimers by clicking on the (+)<\/strong> button. If you need to remove an element, click the Trash<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Save the signature<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
When you are satisfied with your edits, save the email signature with a name to facilitate later identification. Click on the green Save signature<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preview & Test<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s a good idea to send a test email to ensure that the signature appears as expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Click on the Preview & Test<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are two types of tests:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Preview:<\/strong> click the button to see the signature in different sizes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Using an email:<\/strong> Enter the email address to which you want to send the test email;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

To create a new signature identical to your current one, click on the Duplicate<\/strong> button. You can now edit the cloned signature as needed, saving time by not starting from scratch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
