Add new employees to a group using the users available in the connected directory. You can choose specific people or import all at once. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before you start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Check if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
the group is connected to the correct directory;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
the integration is active;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
the users you want to add already exist in the source directory;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
How to access manual import<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n
In Bybrand, go to Automation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Open the group connected to the directory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
In the Add manually<\/strong> area, you will see the connected organization and the Load users<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
How to add employees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n
Confirm that the connected organization is correct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click Load users<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Wait for Bybrand to query the directory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
In the Import selected<\/strong> section, open the selection field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Choose the employees you want to add.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
To add all loaded users, click Select all<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Optionally, check the option to import each user’s profile photo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Review the number of people selected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click Import selected<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Wait for completion and check the new employees in the group.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
You must click Load users<\/strong> before choosing employees. The selection list only becomes available after Bybrand queries the connected directory. <\/p>\n\n\n\nSelection of users to be imported.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Choose specific users<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Use the selection field to add only certain people. You can search by name and include multiple users in the same import. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bybrand shows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
how many users were loaded from the directory;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
how many are selected for import;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
the Clear all<\/strong> option, to undo the selection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Import profile photos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
If you want to also add the photos available in the directory, check the Import each user’s profile photo<\/strong> option before starting the import.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you leave the option unchecked, employees will be added without importing photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Add automatically (coming soon)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The Add automatically<\/strong> option allows you to include new users from the connected directory in the group without needing to perform a manual import. This way, the group can track organizational changes and stay up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To locate the option:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Employees<\/strong> tab, open Sync directory<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select Add employees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Locate the Add automatically<\/strong> panel, next to the manual import area.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
This feature is not yet available. While the panel displays Inactive<\/strong> and coming soon, continue using the Add manually option to load, select, and import employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The user list did not appear<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Confirm that you clicked Load users<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Verify if the integration is still connected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Confirm that the directory has available users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Refresh the page and try loading again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
An employee does not appear in the list<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Users added recently to the directory may take up to 24 hours to become available for import. Additionally, verify: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Search by name or email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Confirm that the person exists in the connected directory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Verify that the account is active and accessible through the integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Check if the user has already been added to the group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
I selected the wrong employee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Go back to the employee list and click to remove the incorrectly added employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The import was not completed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
