This tutorial shows how an employee (end user) uses the Bybrand Add-in inside Outlook<\/strong> to automatically insert the company\u2019s official email signature when composing a new message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How the employee uses the Add-in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After the administrator deploys the add-in to the organization, the Bybrand Add-in will automatically appear in the employee\u2019s Outlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The process is simple and only takes a few steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating a new email<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Open Outlook<\/strong> and click New email<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the compose window opens, Outlook will load the employee\u2019s default email signature<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Opening the Bybrand Add-in<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Click the add-in Bybrand Email Signature<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The component will open in a side panel inside Outlook<\/strong>, displaying the signatures available for the employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These signatures are managed by the team or administrator directly in Bybrand<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inserting the signature into the email<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the component panel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Select the desired signature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Insert signature<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The signature will be automatically inserted into the email body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Tips and common troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Add-in does not appear in Outlook<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Refresh the Outlook Web<\/strong> page, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Close and reopen Outlook Desktop<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      If the issue persists, contact your IT administrator to verify that the add-in has been deployed to your user account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Outlook already has a signature configured<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      When you use the Bybrand Add-in and click New message<\/strong>, the existing signature will be replaced by the company\u2019s official signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The signature does not load in the Add-in<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If no signatures appear in the Bybrand panel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Check whether a signature is linked to your email<\/strong> in the Bybrand platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Confirm that the email address of your Outlook account matches the one registered in Bybrand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        If necessary, ask your administrator to verify your user configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The Add-in opens but remains blank<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        This may happen when the browser blocks third-party cookies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To resolve this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Enable third-party cookies<\/strong> in your browser settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Refresh the Outlook page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
