The Outlook is a free email and calendar service that helps you to manage everything important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once known<\/g> as Hotmail, Microsoft’s Outlook is now based on the Office 365 technology. The interface is the same for all email addresses besides \u201coutlook.com,\u201d as well as \u201chotmail.com,\u201d \u201clive.com,\u201d and “msn.com.\u201d So the setup process is the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding an email signature to Outlook.com<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In this quick tutorial, we’ll learn how to paste an email signature created with Bybrand’s email signature editor<\/a> into Outlook.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, login into your Outlook.com email account. Go to Quick Settings<\/strong> and click View all Outlook settings<\/strong>, as illustrated by the example below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, click on the Mail<\/strong> menu <\/strong>and find the Compose and Reply<\/strong> section. In this area, you will find the “Email signature<\/em>” option, this is where you’ll paste the email signature content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second step is to paste the email signature created in Bybrand (Ctrl+V) into the text field shown in the step above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
