You can add predetermined tags to create a flexible marking system, making it easier to find images in Assets. Tags allow you to categorize and locate images in the gallery more quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 3 ways to define tags for images:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Manually, by clicking on the full view of the image<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the Upload image to Assets option (how to do it here<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Automatic image tagging using AI<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    What are the pre-defined tags?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Currently, the labels are only available in English.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To see the list of system tags, visit the Assets<\/strong> section, then click on the More<\/strong> – Tags<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The system’s predetermined taxonomies are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Person<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Logo<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Banner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Men<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Women<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Icon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • GIF<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Generally, these are the standard categories applied to images when you upload them for use in email signatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      How to add tags<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The simplest way is manually, by clicking on the full view of the image. Visit the Assets<\/strong> section, choose an image by clicking on the Full view<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then classify the image with predefined labels and click to save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To remove the label, click on the (x)<\/strong> icon. You will always have the option of adding it again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Filtering images with tags<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Now you can easily filter images with a tag in Assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Filtering with tags in the signature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      When editing a signature, you can filter the images using tags, making it easier to quickly find the image you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Auto tags<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      This feature automatically analyzes the visual content of images uploaded to the signature and applies relevant tags based on what AI identifies in the image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For example, if you upload a photo of a corporate logo, AI can automatically apply tags such as \u201cLogo\u201d and other specific characteristics identified in the image.
