The recipient will receive an email containing a public link to access the signature and step-by-step instructions on how to install it in their email client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Video <strong>Email Individual<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter the email address of the employee who will receive the signature with instructions on how to paste it into their email client (e.g., window opens displaying the signature preview.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>He can copy the signature and paste it into the email client settings<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Final notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can access the individual sharing feature also in employee dynamic signatures, in the <strong>Automation<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The signature link remains available for future access, allowing employees to re-install their signature at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the signature is deleted, the link
