This ensures that the latest photo is always shown in Gmail or Outlook as the email signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">By checking this option, only the users&#8217; profile photo will be synchronized. Synced images will also appear in the gallery, ready to be inserted manually if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the <code>{{photo}}<\/code> placeholder is empty, Bybrand will attempt to populate the field automatically with the photo URL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only the image content is updated; the URL remains the same.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a photo URL was manually added to the <code>{{photo}}<\/code> placeholder, the option will not change the information. But it will upload the image to the gallery.
