Therefore, some menu names or screens may have slight differences compared to the images in this tutorial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before starting, make sure you have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An active Google Workspace account;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative access to the organization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/a\/answer\/2405986\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">super-admin privileges<\/a> to install and authorize apps for the domain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Adding the domain in Bybrand<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first step is to add your organization&#8217;s domain to the integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Bybrand, go to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Integrations \u2192 Google Workspace<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click to add a new integration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log in with your Google Workspace administrative account;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the organization&#8217;s primary domain;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save the integration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/integrationWorkspaceAddDomain.png\" alt=\"Adding the domain in Bybrand for Google Workspace.\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After that, you can add other domains if your organization uses multiple domains or additional addresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. It does not replace loading the full user list, described in the next step. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Deploying email signatures in Gmail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the integration installed and the connection tested, you can choose between two methods to deploy email signatures to Google Workspace accounts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Individual deployment:<\/strong> useful for a few accounts. You select the desired account and send the signature to the account&#8217;s Gmail. This option is also recommended for testing the deployment before updating more users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deployment using automation:<\/strong> ideal for a large number of user accounts. Automation facilitates deployment at scale without needing to send each signature individually. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you choose <strong>individual deployment<\/strong>, first load the organization&#8217;s user list, as described in section <strong>4.1. Loading the user list<\/strong> below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.1. See how to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/docs\/article\/departments-gsuite-import\/\">import users from Google Workspace<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Bybrand:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access <strong>Automation<\/strong> in the main menu and open the automation linked to the Google Workspace integration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>Employees \u2192 Bulk update<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the employees you want to update. To include all employees in the automation, use <strong>Select all<\/strong>; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Update selected<\/strong> to start the deployment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the result in the <strong>Operations in progress<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this area, you can check the operation logs and verify which signatures were successfully updated or failed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To check the full step-by-step process, see the tutorial: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/docs\/article\/bulk-update\/\">Bulk update employee email signatures<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organizations with multiple domains<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bybrand also supports Google Workspace organizations that use more than one domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional domains must be associated with the same organization and correctly configured in the integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the integration was installed but Bybrand cannot query users or perform an operation in Google Workspace, check the items below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The email signature does not appear in Gmail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Bybrand displayed a success message but the signature is missing in Gmail, your browser may still be using the previous signature. If this is your organization&#8217;s status, you do not need to authorize again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After re-establishing access, return to Bybrand and run <strong>Test connection<\/strong> in the Google Workspace integration.
