You can only modify users&#8217; email signatures (@domain.com) if you are the account administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enable integration of Bybrand + Google Workspace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The first step is to enable integration in the Google Workspace Marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter the Google Workspace administrator panel, or directly from <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.google.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/admin.google.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon\">Sorry, Google has frequently improved the UI in Google Workspace\u2014formerly G Suite. So the video and image examples might be a little different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Install the app in the Google Workspace Marketplace<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To install, visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/workspace.google.com\/marketplace\/app\/bybrand_email_signatures_for_google_work\/708221695496\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bybrand app on Google Workspace Marketplace<\/a> as a super-admin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Video tutorial:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This video tutorial shows how to enable the Bybrand application in Google Workspace Marketplace for quicker instructions. Next, then click on the text option. Finally, add<strong> services to your domain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will see an option box. In the search field, look for Bybrand. The option will appear, and click <strong>Install Domain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Authorization part<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A dialog box will appear to confirm the installation and allow the Bybrand application to access your list of email users. The installation is complete. But before you proceed to the step of adding the domain in Bybrand, make sure your Google Workspace account accepts external API calls, as illustrated by the action below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activating Google Workspace API<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Before loading the email users list, you need to verify if the access API is active in your panel. See if the signature was updated by sending a new email message. Bybrand does not automatically update, so you&#8217;ll need to send the modifications again to a new user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cache<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If a success message appeared on the Bybrand side, and the signature does not appear in Gmail. The browser could be recording the old signature.
