We currently also support the following local currencies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Australian Dollar (AUD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brazilian Real (BRL)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canadian Dollar (CAD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Euro (EUR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>British Pound (GBP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mexican Peso (MXN)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indian Rupee (INR)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We have no control over the exchange rate charged. Taxes may apply in your region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the difference between Bybrand Pro and Business?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Business plan has advanced features as Automation and more integrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">Please note that the Pro and Business plans are no longer offered, now Bybrand has a Base Pricing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A unique usage-based pricing model is now offered. Here are the highlights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Base Pricing:<\/strong> All customers start with a base plan that includes essential features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Per-Use Billing:<\/strong> As you add more subscriptions or employees to your account, the cost automatically adjusts at the end of the billing cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advanced Features:<\/strong> Additional features like Automation and integrations are available to all customers, without having to change plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This simplified model allows you to pay only for what you use, allowing you the flexibility to grow (or reduce cost) as your needs change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is it safe to pay by credit card?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sure! Plans and payments are managed by <strong>Paddle.com<\/strong>, a trusted company, following the <a href=\"https:\/\/pcisecuritystandards.org\/minisite\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PCI Security Standards Council<\/a>. We do not store the data in our infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The invoice did not show the value advertised!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Outside the US, payment processing is in US Dollars. The amount may vary depending on the exchange rate for the currency quoted on your invoice at the close date. Tax rates are also calculated according to your country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens when the Free Trial is about to expire?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We will contact you by email before the end of the period to give you time to choose a plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens if I don&#8217;t buy a plan?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your account will be marked for deletion, and we keep a backup for 30-days if you wish to return. You can also delete everything straight from Bybrand yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens if I cancel my Bybrand plan?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can cancel your subscription with Bybrand at any time. All signatures created will be inactive after the expiration of the plan you select.
