To check, visit the <strong>Integrations &#8211; Google Workspace<\/strong> menu. And then activate again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In contrast, when trying to update a normal signature, if the Google Workspace integration is removed, the checkbox will not appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Integration unlinked from automation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you remove the integration in the settings, you will have to attach it again in the automation. Failure to update can happen for two reasons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user does not have the Gmail app active on the account;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You need to wait ~6 hours for Google to propagate the changes to the network. Especially if your organization has many email accounts;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The error message returned:<\/strong> <em>Mail service not enabled.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Removed integration in Google Workspace Marketplace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For some reason, you can have removed the Bybrand + Google Workspace integration in Google Marketplace. To verify, log in to your admin account in the Google dashboard and navigate to the 3rd party integrations option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/admin.google.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/admin.google.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/workspace.google.com\/marketplace\/app\/bybrand_for_google_workspace\/708221695496\">https:\/\/workspace.google.com\/marketplace\/app\/bybrand_for_google_workspace\/708221695496<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No super-admin privileges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To update an email signature for a Gmail account remotely, you must have a user with <strong>super-admin<\/strong> privileges on Google Workspace. This user is identified with an email account; the same account must be used to add the integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">In the Google Workspace dashboard, section Users. As a last solution, you can try removing and adding Bybrand integration on <a href=\"https:\/\/workspace.google.com\/marketplace\/app\/bybrand_for_google_workspace\/708221695496\">Google Workspace Marketplace<\/a> to update entitlements. Re-connect the integration is a possible method for handling errors encountered when using the <strong>Synchronize<\/strong> data or <strong>Update<\/strong> actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Signature does not appear in user&#8217;s Gmail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If, when deploying signatures, a success message appears in Bybrand, but the signature does not appear in Gmail when composing a new message. Gmail will refuse the deployment. You need to reduce the signature size.
