Read more about it here &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/docs\/article\/departments-email-signature\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How dynamic signature works<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setting the signature for users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In this second step, you must define a default email signature for Zoho CRM users. Note that the signature must have the integration placeholders, which are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fullname<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>firstname<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lastname<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>phone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mobile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>street<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>state<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>country<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To make our example easier, let&#8217;s choose a pre-created email signature.
