With a single click, you can send the HTML email signature to the selected employees&#8217; email client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This can be useful to save time. For example, you can bulk update all Freshdesk support agents&#8217;s signatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to bulk update?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, visit an automation with an integration. That way, you can see if there is an error or success when updating an email signature for employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Integration unlinked<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the integration is disconnected from the settings for any reason, you\u2019ll need to link it to the group again.
