In your account, make sure the number of departments is correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automation section on Bybrand<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Visit your Automation that is connected with the Zoho Desk integration. So the best way to manage this is for you also to create Bybrand Automation related to each Zoho Desk department and import the agents for each one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Individual agent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the Bulk update feature, you can also update an email signature for an individual department in Zoho Desk for just one agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To access the feature, visit the <strong>Employees&#8217;<\/strong> menu in the automation connected to Zoho Desk. Then click <strong>Paste in email<\/strong> to an agent.
