It appears after you load users from the connected directory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does this feature do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When syncing data manually, Bybrand can remove from the group employees who are not found or are no longer active in the connected directory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This feature helps keep the employee list up to date when someone leaves the company or loses access to the corporate directory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">The removal happens in Bybrand. The option only appears after you click <strong>Load users<\/strong> and Bybrand queries the directory. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Does Bybrand remove the user from the connected directory?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No. The action happens only in Bybrand and does not change the source directory. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I sync without removing employees?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. Leave <strong>Remove if inactive<\/strong> unchecked and run the sync normally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Should I select all employees?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s not required. You can choose specific users or use <strong>Select all<\/strong> to process the entire group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Does not work for suspended users<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the user is suspended in the\u00a0<em>Users Directory<\/em>, they are still loaded in Bybrand. So this feature is removed only if the user is deleted completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Removed mistakenly<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the user is removed accidentally, you can add them again by going to <strong>Add employees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Delay in propagation of changed data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you change a user field in the Users Directory, it may take some time for the data update to propagate across services.
