In Automation, the feature that allows you to send bulk instructions to employees. So the message will help the employee to paste the email signature into the email client manually – without a native integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This can be useful if the employee does not use an email platform with native integration, which is the case, for example, with Microsoft Outlook and third-party apps such as Mac Mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to access the action<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the Automation<\/strong> menu, then choose the group by clicking on the Employees<\/strong> list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the More<\/strong> \u2013 Orientation by email<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
