This can be useful if your images on the email signature are not complying with the size settings defined in the HTML.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some email clients don&#8217;t get the size setting in the HTML image, but the size of the original image, here are 2 known cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email clients that do not apply the exact image size using the HTML:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mail for Mac;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microsoft Outlook &#8211; old versions;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>So, if the images in your email signature appear too large or distorted, it&#8217;s worth using the cropping image to exact crop feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cropping an image to the exact size<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The option is available in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/editor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HTML editor<\/a>, in the image menu, when clicking on an image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is an example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"718\" height=\"474\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/crop_exactV2.png\" alt=\"Change size button\" class=\"wp-image-5763\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/crop_exactV2.png 718w, https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/crop_exactV2-300x198.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/crop_exactV2-50x33.png 50w, https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/crop_exactV2-60x40.png 60w, https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/crop_exactV2-100x66.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 718px) 100vw, 718px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>By clicking on an image or icon element, as illustrated above, you can crop the image exactly to the size defined in the HTML.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Save the email signature after the change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon\">Note that the new cropped image will be available in the image gallery and <strong>Assets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Video<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Crop HTML signature image to the exact size with Bybrand editor\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/UMKBbmQQcpg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crop the exact size on icons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also crop an icon to the exact size if you send a massive image for the email signature.
