To solve the problem with an invalid image in the email signature, see the possible cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. When your free trial is ended<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Suppose you don&#8217;t hire a Bybrand plan. All images in your account are blocked 1 day after the trial period expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can hire a plan to get back to normal. Thus, the system will automatically unlock the assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. When you don&#8217;t renew a plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When your plan expires, your images are blocked 7 days after the expiration date. You can hire the plan again so that the images of the email signature return to normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Plan purchased recently<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are recently subscribed to a plan, after your Bybrand account expired, or after the trial period ended. In this case, clear your browser cache. Signatures will return to normal within 4 hours or when the network cache expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When renewing or purchasing a Bybrand plan, the account, and email subscriptions are instantly active again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Image cache information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your browser can generate a local cache of the images; this way, the images can still appear blocked, even after your active account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The browser&#8217;s cache for images usually expires in 24 hours. Clearing the cache can help reduce this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For MS Outlook caching, the machine restart can also speed up expiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More info on <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cache_(computing)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wikipedia Computing Cache<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Image in use deleted in HTML signature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bybrand prevents you from accidentally deleting an image that is in use in your email signature in several ways.
