In this quick tutorial, we will see the steps on how to add a best regards field to your email signature – with video support in the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tutorial is for the \u201cbest regards\u201d field. However, you can add any element in the header area, such as text, icons, or images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final result will be like this example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding the best regards<\/em> field<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

First, select to edit the email signature<\/a> using the Bybrand editor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, click the Add options<\/strong> button, and choose the custom area option. We will click on the Header Area<\/strong> item to add an extra area at the top for this tutorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customizing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The next step is to customize the content. We will change the text to \u201cBest regards!\u201d and add a dashed line to mark the beginning of the email signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Removing the custom area<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Removing is easier than adding. Click on the corner of the area until you create a selection. Then, click on the editor’s trash<\/strong> can icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
