This approach ensures you pay only for what you use, providing a fair and transparent pricing structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are these system resources?<\/strong> They are the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">email signatures<\/span>, and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">employees<\/span> imported into an <strong>Automation<\/strong> in your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How does it work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">In August 2024, Bybrand adopted a new usage-based pricing model, replacing the old Professional and Business plans. This new system offers greater flexibility and transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the trial period, we will notify you by email to purchase the base plan, or you can make the purchase directly on the system at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At each billing cycle expiration, your account will be charged for usage (email signatures created and employees imported).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plan starts from the day you make the payment. It does not matter what day of the month it is. The plan is valid for 1 month (30 days).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pricing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that prices may vary depending on your country&#8217;s currency. Full prices can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/pricing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pricing page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Base pricing:<\/strong> Pricing starts at a base price of $8 per month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email signatures:<\/strong> Each additional signature costs $0.80.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employees:<\/strong> Each employee added to an automation costs $0.50.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"faq\">FAQ about usage-based billing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why usage-based?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selling email signatures by quantity seems fairer. We would rather not surprise you by overcharging you for something you don&#8217;t use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How can I calculate the cost based on the number of signatures in my account?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Use the following formula to estimate your monthly cost:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Total Cost = $8 (base) + ($0.80 x Number of signatures) + (R$0.50 x Number of Employees)<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When will I be charged?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your account is only charged when the billing cycle has ended. That is the date of the <strong>Next Renewal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If I remove resources days before the plan expiration date, will I be charged?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No! Billing is closed two days before the due date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, if your account has 80 employees in automation, and you remove 20 employees 5 days before renewal, you&#8217;ll have a total of 60. Your account will then only be charged for these 60 employees in automation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can see account usage details in the area <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/docs\/article\/renewal-usage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Renewal &amp; Use<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I see the cost of my plan?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes! You can consult full usage details and the estimated cost of your account and the next plan expiration date. You can see the renewal date for the <strong>Usage<\/strong> area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In what currency will I be charged?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The default currency is US Dollars (USD).
