Para verificar, visite o menu&nbsp;<strong>Sua Conta<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;<strong>Integra\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;<strong>Zoho Desk<\/strong>. E ent\u00e3o, ative novamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diferentemente, na tentativa de atualizar uma assinatura normal, se a integra\u00e7\u00e3o com o Zoho Desk \u00e9 removida, a caixa de sele\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o aparecer\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revogado o aplicativo conectado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por algum motivo, voc\u00ea pode ter revogado a integra\u00e7\u00e3o com o Zoho Desk na \u00e1rea de aplicativos de terceiros. Ao tentar atualizar para um agente inativo tamb\u00e9m vai apresentar erro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e3o usou a conta prim\u00e1ria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para atualizar as assinaturas de outros agentes no Zoho Desk, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio instalar a integra\u00e7\u00e3o Bybrand utilizando a conta principal do Zoho Desk.
