Just follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sign in to the Google Workspace platform by clicking <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/li><li>Click on \u201cApps\u201d and then go to Google Workspace. Then, select \u201cGmail\u201d and go to \u201cSettings\u201d for Gmail. See the image below. Do this if you want to use the footer to reinforce a message within the organization as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The composer doesn\u2019t support rich HTML, so try not to exaggerate in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\"><li>Once you\u2019re done creating the footer, click on \u201cAdd Setting.\u201d<\/li><li>Lastly, click on \u201cSave.\u201d<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>After that, your Google Workspace footer message will be good to go! According to the platform, the footer will become active and appear on each email your employees send within 24 hours, although it usually takes less time than that. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is an example of an email message received. This is why you must ensure every footer title is different. Otherwise, you won\u2019t be able to tell them apart later on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, you will be able to edit an existing Google Workspace footer message, delete it, or disable it, as you see fit. To do so, click on \u201cEdit\u201d and change whatever you need before you save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternatively, you can click on \u201cDelete\u201d if you\u2019ll never use that footer again or \u201cDisable\u201d it if you need to stop using it right now but might need it again in the future.
