We are excited to share a bunch of new updates from Bybrand with you today:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Improved security with two-factor authentication support;<\/li>
  2. Bybrand Team available to everyone;<\/li>
  3. Support for updating signature on an individual Zoho Desk department;<\/li>
  4. Remove user if inactive when synchronizing data with Workspace;<\/li>
  5. Alert when leaving without saving signature;<\/li>
  6. New language available \u2013 German;<\/li>
  7. New dashboard;<\/li>
  8. Image upload feature improved;<\/li>
  9. Google Workspace with pronoun field;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Two-factor authentication (2FA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    We know how important security is for our customers and the email signatures they create for their employees with Bybrand<\/a>. So in January we added the 2FA feature for all users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Logins can be further secured with two-factor authentication.<\/em><\/p>Protect your account with two-factor authentication<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Bybrand Team for everyone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    One of the fundamentals of PLG software is: unlock collaboration, and don\u2019t block features that drive engagement and collaboration. So Bybrand now has the Team (collaboration) feature available for everyone. In fact, we want to make it easy to team up with the people who make the job of creating and managing email signatures possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the Professional<\/strong> plan you can invite up to 3 users, for the Business<\/strong> plan you can invite up to 5 team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Zoho Desk integration improvement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    This was a frequent request from customers. It is now possible to update an email signature on individual department in Zoho Desk, this means that, each department of a support agent can have a different signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Google Workspace integration improvements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you have an inactive user in Google Workspace<\/a>, you can now flag them to remove them from Bybrand when you Synchronize data<\/strong>. You will usually want to remove an employee from the department if they no longer exist in your organization, i.e. you have removed the user in the Google Workspace Users Directory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
