At Bybrand, we still have the energy to launch the last improvement of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The right images can make a huge difference in engaging and converting email signatures. In this post, we will share with you our idea of <strong>Bybrand Assets<\/strong>, which is available from today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Introducing Bybrand Assets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With Bybrand Assets you now have more control of all the images that went up to the email signature. This enables new features and avoids accidentally deleting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/features\/assets\">images in use in email signatures<\/a>, but not only that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bybrand Assets allows you to change the content of the image without changing the URL of the link in the email signature. See a preview of the feature in action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/bybrand-assets2.gif\" alt=\"Presenting Bybrand Assets\" class=\"wp-image-731\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The idea of Bybrand Assets came to us by a suggestion from a customer, I believe it\u2019s been 4 months, and when we mention it to others the acceptance was always positive. And now, it\u2019s time to present the appeal to the public, after a few weeks of final testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What you\u2019re gonna get:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preventing the deletion of images in use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A constant problem with the customers we received was when they deleted an image of the signature, which was in use in other signatures. This became a nuisance, and it often did. And after the erased image, it was hard to recover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s been solved. Now, you <strong>can\u2019t<\/strong> delete an image in use in the email signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">List signatures currently using the image<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can see all the email signatures on your account that are using a certain image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/bybrand-assets-signature-in-use.png\" alt=\"Bybrand Assets Signature in Use\" class=\"wp-image-733\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change the contents of an image<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s definitely the main improvement. Now you can change the content of an image without changing the URL of the link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An idea for this could be, for example: you have an image of a collaborator\u2019s face on the signature, and he has completed 5 years of the company. It might be a good idea to add a watermark with the celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/bybrand-assets-contant-change.png\" alt=\"Bybrand Assets content change\" class=\"wp-image-734\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Other cool ideas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Change the company logo on all email signatures, without having to physically change the signature;<\/li><li>Add a merry Christmas watermark to the logo;<\/li><li>Rebranding;<\/li><li>A\/B test with icons or images<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Integrations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bybrand Assets still has no integrations, but in the next updates, we will add the integration with Google Drive and Dropbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With Dropbox, for example, you can share a folder and ask your company\u2019s employees to send their personal or face images to add to the email signature. These images will be available on Bybrand Assets with active integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>We are constantly trying to improve the user experience by listening to customer feedback and their difficulties.
