February 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>February was a short but productive month at Bybrand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re announcing small but useful updates that have made our solution easier for companies that need to manage many a high amount of email signatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have been working to improve our product\u2019s usability. And when I say usability, I mean creating, managing, and implementing email signatures more quickly and successfully for all employees who are using corporate emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-improvements\">Improvements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"#h3-savefiltro\">Save filters for signatures or employees<\/a>;<\/li><li><a href=\"#h3-duplicated\">Display duplicate information<\/a>;<\/li><li><a href=\"#h3-bulkdelete\">Bulk delete of employees moved to the employee list<\/a>;<\/li><li><a href=\"#h3-openAssets\">Open Asset gallery in empty fields within placeholders<\/a>;<\/li><li><a href=\"#h3-wordfomatation\">Text formatting when pasting from Word<\/a>;<\/li><li><a href=\"#h3-composercolor\">Composer color changes are now permanent<\/a>;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h3-savefiltro\"><strong>Save filters for signatures or employees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Now you can save the order of display of the list of email signatures or of the list of employees in the department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The resource can be beneficial in case your account has many employees in the same department. After the action, Bybrand will duplicate records, with a warning that is displayed in the reimport area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-text-color has-background\"><strong><strong>Information about reimport<\/strong>:<\/strong> This action will update your employee\u2019s list by adding new ones. The data of the placeholders of the employees already imported are not updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reimport notice does not change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h3-bulkdelete\"><strong>Bulk delete of employees moved to the employee list<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Erasing a large number of employees from a department is not a new resource. We have moved it to the list of employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was previously located under the button Bulk Actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"453\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bybrand.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bulk-delete-new.gif\" alt=\"Bulk update examples\" class=\"wp-image-4428\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h3-openAssets\">Open <strong>Asset gallery in empty fields within placeholders<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To make the use of dynamic images in employee email signatures easier, we have created an option to select Assets\u2019 image and incorporate it into the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The placeholder field needs to be empty for the image option to appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This button proposes to avoid opening a new browser tab so that you can obtain the picture of your employee\u2019s face and then insert it into the email signature.
