In the future, we will be able to import users from Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Entra ID)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-the-administrator-installs-the-add-in\"><span id=\"3-the-administrator-installs-the-add-in\">3. The administrator installs the add-in<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The add-in can be installed in the Microsoft 365 environment using a <strong>manifest.xml file<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After deployment, the add-in becomes available in users&#8217; Outlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-the-user-opens-a-new-email\"><span id=\"4-the-user-opens-a-new-email\">4. The user opens a new email<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When an employee creates a new message in Outlook, the default signature is loaded into the email body. They can also open the <strong>Bybrand Email Signature<\/strong> panel to view all available signatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-inserting-the-signature-with-one-click\"><span id=\"5-inserting-the-signature-with-one-click\">5.
