We’re excited to share the latest improvements to Bybrand during the first quarter of 2025. Our team has worked hard to bring features that make creating email signatures even more efficient and intuitive.
In short, adding important improvements to the editor, such as the ability to delete and move multiple. And in the Branded Assets section, a tag system, making it easier to locate and manage your email signature images.

Improvements in the signature editor
The signature editor has become even more intuitive and productive with these new features:
Unified Preview and Email Test: To simplify the creation flow, we’ve grouped the signature preview feature and the email test in the same modal, making the validation process much faster – details here.
Copy and paste elements: You can now copy and paste elements within the same signature quickly, giving you greater flexibility and agility when putting together your signatures.
Delete multiple lines: Quickly delete multiple lines at the same time, in the editor, optimizing the time spent on detailed edits.
Move multiple lines: Quickly rearrange multiple lines simultaneously, facilitating quick adjustments to the layout of signature elements.
Image management in the signature
The organization of images and icons is even more efficient with the new features:
Pre-defined tags: Categorize your images with pre-defined tags, improving visual organization and facilitating quick access to the files you use most.
Search for icons in the gallery: While editing your signature, you can now search for icons directly in the gallery, making it easier to personalize your signatures.
Image filter by tags: Quickly find the images you need using the new filter by tags, making it even quicker to manage the visual resources available.

Automatic preview of the first employee
When editing a dynamic email signature, you now have the option of automatically previewing the signature of the first employee. This makes it easier to check that the placeholders have been inserted correctly.
Sending individual instructions
We now offer a new feature that makes it even easier for employees to use their signatures: individual, personalized instructions on how to paste the signature directly into their email.
